Semi-automatic device for winding polyethylene (EPE) foam and polypropylene (EPP) foam pipes and profiles on cardboard or plastic reels.

FAP semi-automatic foam tube / profile winders meet the strictest safety standards of the production process and high production automation.

1. Maximum winding speed: 60 mt/min.
2. System for controlling the foam materials tension and uniform distribution of the layers along the reel
3. Large HMI screen: 7" - 9" - 12" (to choose) for easy operation
