Foam Corner Protector Welding & V-Cutting Machine

This machine is designed for cutting V-shaped notches and welding corner protectors from different types and sizes of PE foam profiles.

Each unit is equipped with a fully automatic welding system, allowing fast, precise, and consistent production of foam corner protectors.

All parameters can be easily adjusted and displayed on the HMI panel, with the option to run continuous cutting and welding cycles.
The finished PE foam profiles are automatically collected on a conveyor belt and deposited into a cardboard box.
