The cooling process in closed-cell foam extrusion is an important process to control the expansion of gases during evaporation and achieve a stable foam thickness.

FAP Foam Extrusion Calibrators are designed to cool foam uniformly and maintain the shape. Calibrators can vary in size (diameters and lengths), depending on the customer's production needs.

Application: Polyethylene (EPE) foam / Polypropylene (EPP) foam / Polystyrene (EPS) foam extrusion
