Winders for foam & air bubble film

FAP offers a wide range of winders (foam, air bubble film, laminated materials) to meet all production needs.
The range of machines includes:

Automatic
winders

Automatic winders for EPE, EPP and EPS foam materials with transversal cutting of various thicknesses
Special winders for high density foam
Automatic winders for air bubble films
Automatic winders for PE foam small rolls (without cardboard core)

Semi-automatic
winders

Winders with manual cutting for foam material
Winders with accumulator for high thickness foam material

PE polyethylene foam non cross linked winding by FAP

Optional units can be added to the automatic winding process:

automatic system to glue cardboard core
longitudinal cutting of foam (for cutting of edges, for more reels)
pre-cutting units
automatic trolley to load cardboard cores and unload material
