Automatic winding machines

The unique capabilities of the FAP Soft Wind system provides “full development” or correct post degasation of thin and thick foams.

Specific reeling system for PE & PP foam materials “Soft Winding” permits to have a full controlled and constant tension between spires of reel. This technology permits to obtain the perfect wound material, facilitating the post-expansion process of the gas for its following laminating or warehousing.

Optional units can be added to the automatic winding process:

• the automatic system to glue cardboard core
• the longitudinal cutting of foam (for cutting of edges, for more reels) and pre-cutting units
• the automatic trolley to load cardboard cores and unload material
